Epcon A7

Description: The acrylic resin and hardening agent are completely mixed as they are simultaneously dispensed from the dual cartridge through a static mixing nozzle, directly into the anchor hole. Can be used with threaded rod or rebar. Easier to dispense at low temperatures.

Application: Can be used in all weather conditions down to 0° F and below. No drip, no sag, easy to cleanup. Fast and easy dispensing with 28 oz. cartridge in 16 sec. Fast curing time, 35 min at 60° F. Easy mixing ratio (20:1 formula sold in 10:1 cartridge, twice as much hardener as needed). Rods are easier to insert into the hole compared with other adhesives. Works in damp holes. Requires less adhesive and can be used in ⅛" oversized or ¹/16" oversized holes. One formula for both hollow and solid base materials.

Applicable Standards: ASTM Type IV, Grade 3, Class A,B,C (exceptions - A7 gels faster than ASTM requirements and does not contain any epoxy). ICBO approved.

Coverage: 1 each 28 fl. oz.cartridge yields approximately 50.5 in³ of epoxy adhesive.

Anchor Gel

Description: Fast curing epoxy cartridge system for anchoring with fast cure time for threaded rod or rebar.

Application: Designed for use in anchoring threaded rod, bolts, rebar and smooth dowels in concrete and other solid base materials. Can also be used to anchor threaded rods and rebars into hollow masonry using screen tubes.

Applicable Standards: ASTM C881-90, Type IV, Grade 3. ICBO approved.

Coverage: 1 each 22 fl. oz. cartridge yields approximately 40 in³ of epoxy adhesive.

Pro-Poxy 300 Fast

Description: A multipurpose, 2-component, 100% solids, solvent-free, moisture insensitive structural epoxy adhesive. Insensitive to moisture before, during and after cure. A high-modulus, high strength, structural gel adhesive. Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, metals, wood and most structural materials. Gel consistency ideal for vertical and overhead applications. Easy to mix 1:1 ratio between components. Extremely fast setting and high early strength developing adhesive.

Application: Structural bonding of concrete, masonry, metals, wood, etc. to a maximum glue line of ⅛". Grouting bolts, dowels, pins, vertical and overhead, where extremely rapid setting, fast turn around times are needed. Seals cracks and around injection ports prior to pressure injection grouting.

Applicable Standards: ASTM C 881, Types I, IV, Grade 3, Classes B & C for "Epoxy Resin Adhesives." ICBO Evaluation Report No. 5000. City of Los Angeles, California General Approval Research Report #25220. WDOT Approved.
