Hydratite Plus

Description: A combination of complex organic polymers on a siliceous base which when added to mortar minimizes shrinkage, controls efflorescence and increases the plasticity of mortar mix. Its chemical action retains mixing water in mortar long enough for proper hydration without shrinkage.

Application: Hydratite Plus is added to mortar used on all types of masonry units to prevent premature loss of mixing water, increase workability and to allow mortar to develop proper strength and bond. Shrinkage is controlled. Mortar joints are tight.

Dosage: Add to the dry mix 1 lb. per bag of cement, an additional 1 lb. for each bag of lime.
