They provide superior hydration, less discoloration, and the most evenly cured slab in the concrete industry. How It Works Simply wet the surface of the concrete and roll out the blanket in rows, overlapping each row by 6 inches until the entire surface of the concrete slab is completely covered. At the end of the 7-day curing period, roll-up the blanket and dispose. Please read the entire installation instructions that come with every roll before placing blanket. Hydration Specs • Meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM C-171-03 and ASTM c-171-97a. • Retains 49 gallons of curing water per 1,600 sq. ft. How It Works As soon as the freshly-poured bridge deck will allow, pre-soak with a high volume water hose. Roll out ReliableCure VAB curing blanket, from the leading edge of the bridge deck, while continuing to hydrate the blanket, overlapping each row by 6 inches. Blanket will turn from white to gray when fully hydrated. After the 7-14 day curing period, roll up the blanket and dispose.
