All it takes is a few simple steps to open the platforms, and position them with a crane. Great for Safety: • Retractable hoisting mounts for a clear walking surface • High load capacity of up to 75 psf • Sturdy, durable design, varnished floor boards and galvanized steel construction • Easy-to-add additional barriers and closures Easy Handling, Storage and Transport: • Extra wide, 6 ft working space for wall formwork up to 18 ft high • Pre-assembled, flat-folded for saving space in storage or shipping • Quickly unfold from stored position • Integrated connections for panel struts 1 FIX THE HANDRAILS Pull up the railings: When opened against the stop, simply lift and slot them into place. 2 PULL OUT THE PRESSURE STRUT 3 UNBOLT THE VERTICAL ROD Pivot the vertical rod up and secure it by inserting the U-bolt pin. 4 SUSPENDING THE PLATFORM With all cone suspension points, drop the folding platform into place. The suspension head contains an automatic locking device to prevent the platform from accidentally being lifted out. PLATFORM K SETUP IN 4 EASY STEPS: 7'7" 1'0" 7'3" SUSPENSION POINTS IN CONCRETE FOR REDUCED LOADING REQUIREMENTS: Fitting the Bridge edge beam anchor: After formwork has been struck: • Nail a Nailing cone to the form-ply (position as shown in shop drawing / assembly plan). • Remove the nailing cone from the anchoring point. • Push the Bridge edge beam anchor onto the nailing cone • Tie the Bridge edge beam anchor tightly to the reinforcements with binding wire. This prevents it becoming detached during pouring and vibrating.. • Using a Reversible ratchet 1/2", screw in the Screw-in cone until it is fully engaged.
